Lifoflex® GC 1080

The series GA, GB and GC are TPE compounds based on SEBS. They are suited for a lot of
different applications and are characterized by an easy processing and high fl exibility.

Properties:

• shore hardness: 20 - 90 Shore A

• different densities: 0,89 - 1,21 g/ccm

• translucent, nature colored or direct pigmented materials possible

• resistant against aqueous solutions, inorganic acids and bases

• physiologically harmless

• easy processing in injection molding

• good adhesion on PP/PE

• very good mechanical properties

• service temperature range from -40°C up to 100°C

• high fl exibility

• UV resistant (suitable for outdoor use)

• applications with food contact are possible

• in conformity with FDA, 10/2011/EC and EN 71/3 (toys)

• in conformity with European directives 2002/95/EC (RoHS) and 2003/11/EC

• recyclable
